Discount Code Voucjers Terms and Conditions

• “Discount Code” or “Voucher Code” means a code that must be entered at checkout on online transactions in order to receive a discount or benefit.
• Each voucher code is subject to (a) the specific terms and conditions stated on the voucher code offer and (b) these general voucher code terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the former prevails.
• Not redeemable for cash.
• Valid for qualifying purchases made on katywood.mykajabi.com.
• Must be redeemed within the validity period (prior to 31st December 2022).
• Cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
• Voucher codes can only be redeemed once per order, per customer unless otherwise stated.
• Not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
• Ongoing offers are subject to change without notice.
• We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel a discount code for any reason at any time.
• Unless expressly stated at the time of issue, each discount code will be valid for use by the recipient of the web-coupon and by such recipient only.
• No discount code may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use by an entity other than the original recipient, without our prior written permission.
• If we reasonably believe that any discount code is being used unlawfully or illegally, we may reject or cancel any discount code and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. We reserve the right to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances.
• Discount Vouchers are NOT applicable to subscription products or reoccurring billing products. Discount will be applied to the first payment only. Where the first payment is less than the discount amount, no change will be given and the balance will not be transferrable.
• The Discount Voucher will expire on the date specified in the specific terms relating to the Discount Voucher, or before subject to availability of which we will notify you via the website. You cannot use the Promotional Discount Voucher after this date.
• Where the cost of the offer equates to less than the discount voucher amount, no change will be given and the remaining balance cannot be redeemed against any other offer.
